1. Product Compliance and Standards Category

Q: Do your exported elevators comply with the safety standards of our country/region? For example, the CE certification in the EU, ASME standards in the US, or TISI standards in Southeast Asia?

A: Yes, our elevators obtain the corresponding certifications in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the target market. For the EU market, all elevators have passed the CE certification (in compliance with EN 81 series standards); products for the US market meet the ASME A17.1/CSA B44 Elevator Safety Codes; and for the Southeast Asian market (e.g., Thailand, Malaysia), our elevators have obtained local mandatory certifications such as TISI and SIRIM. After the order is confirmed, we will provide a complete copy of the certification documents to ensure compliance with local customs and market supervision requirements.

2. Transportation and Installation Category
Q: What transportation methods are available for elevator export? How to ensure that the equipment is not damaged during long-distance transportation?

A: The main transportation method provided is sea freight (in containers). Sea freight has lower costs and is suitable for regular orders. To ensure transportation safety, we will provide multi-layer protection for elevator components: vulnerable parts such as elevator cars and guide rails will be packaged with foam and wooden cases; electrical components will be separately sealed in waterproof and shockproof boxes; and buffer materials will be filled in the containers to prevent collision and moisture damage during transportation.

Q: Do you provide on-site installation services abroad? Are the installation teams familiar with local construction specifications?

A: We provide full-process installation services. For installation by local teams, we will provide a detailed installation manual (including graphic and video tutorials) and arrange for technical personnel to provide remote guidance to ensure that the installation process complies with relevant standards.

Q: If the elevator malfunctions during use, what is your after-sales response time? How to provide maintenance support?
A: We promise a 48-hour after-sales response: If the malfunction can be resolved through remote troubleshooting (such as abnormal electrical parameters), the technical personnel will guide the customer's operation and maintenance personnel through video or phone calls within 12 hours.
 
4. After-sales Guarantee and Warranty Category
Q: What is the warranty period for your exported elevators? Which components are covered by the warranty?
A: The overall warranty period is 1 year, and the warranty period for core components (such as traction machines, control cabinets, safety gears, and speed governors) is extended to 5 years. The warranty covers equipment failures caused by manufacturing defects and installation issues, but does not include damages caused by improper manual operation (such as overloading, malicious damage) or natural disasters (such as earthquakes, floods). During the warranty period, all costs for maintenance and component replacement will be borne by us, and no labor fees will be charged.
